1. Eligibility
   • The member must be at least 18 years old to participate in this system.
   • Only one registration is allowed per person using one mobile number and one email ID.
2. Voluntary Donation
   • This platform is a peer-to-peer helping system.
   • Any amount sent is considered a voluntary donation/help.
   • No investment, profit, or return is guaranteed.
   • Payments are transferred directly between members, not held by the company.
3. Time Limit & ID Blocking Rules
   • Payment Window: Payment must be completed within 24 hours after receiving the link.
   • Failure to Pay: Non-payment within time may result in permanent ID block without notice.
   • Fake Proof: Uploading fake or incorrect transaction proof will lead to immediate ID deletion.
4. No Refund Policy
   • Once a donation is sent, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
   • The admin will not intervene in refund-related matters.
5. ID Upgrade (Level Upgrade)
   • Upgrading the ID is mandatory to earn higher income at the next level.
   • If the ID is not upgraded, incoming payments may be skipped and passed to the next active member.
6. Role of Admin
   • The admin only provides the software and platform.
   • The admin is not responsible for personal transactions or disputes between members.
   • The system may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.
7. Account Security
   • Members are responsible for keeping their passwords and bank details secure.
